When will I receive my Double Beauty Products?
Double Beauty is internationally based in Europe and the US. We keep limited stock at 3 locations. Depending on where you order from shipping time may be different.
Step 1: Processing Time
Depending on where your products is made and kept in stock we will need about 10 business days to prepare your order and ship to the nearest Double Beauty shipping center. From there on Shipping to you will be arranged.
Step 2: Shipping Time
After your order has been processed please allow 3 - 7 Business days ( not including weekends and holidays ) to arrive to you. Depending on if it's an international shipment or not.
What Happens if I gave you the wrong shipping adres?
1). The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.
2). We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address that was input at the time of ordering.
3). If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at email@example.com with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created.
4). Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.
Does Double Beauty Ship Internationally?
Yes we do ship to the US, Canada and Most of the European Countries. Shipping costs may vary. Please check our shipping rates in the footer menu under "shipping"
Will I be able to track my shipping?
You will receive a notification when your shipment has been shipped out. From that moment on you know that it will be approximately 3-7 business days.
Because we ship internationally and we want to keep shipping costs at a minimum for our customers, we may not always be able to provide a tracking number. ( those options usually cost more).
However, for domestic shipping we can usually provide a shipping number. If you have question or doubts about shipping please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
